Hành tây gọt vỏ cắt nhỏ. Nấm hương rửa sạch, ngâm nở, cắt nhỏ.

Ngắt từng miếng thịt viên tròn rồi ấn dẹt, thêm phô mai vào giữa, bọc lại sao cho thịt bao kín phô mai.

Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho từng viên thịt bọc phô mai vào chiên ở lửa hơi nhỏ cho đến khi thịt chín là được.
